Reporter 

With PV growing quickly in France, Italy, Greece, the USA, Korea, China and India, PHOTON International is looking for full-time native speaking journalists from these countries. The successful applicant will cover the entire field of solar electricity – from politics and business to technology and architecture. The post is located in Berlin, Aachen, Madrid, Rome, Hyderabad, Hong Kong, New York or San Francisco.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate has at least five years writing experience with news agencies or newspapers. She/he possesses excellent writing skills and is able to work under tight deadlines. In addition to English, fluency in a second language (Spanish, Chinese, German, French) is required. A university degree in renewable energy and experience in solar energy is a plus.

Business Reporter

With an increasing number of photovoltaics companies heading to the stock market, the successful applicant will report on companies publishing financial results as well as write features about IPOs and investors. Her/his articles will also deal with funding, cost and pricing issues as crucial subjects to further expand the application of PV technology. The post is located in Berlin, Aachen, Madrid, Rome, Hyderabad, Hong Kong, New York or San Francisco.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate has at least five years writing experience with news agencies or newspapers. She/he understands how to read and interpret a company‘s balance sheets, possesses excellent writing skills, and is able to work under tight deadlines. In addition to English, fluency in a second language (Spanish, Chinese, German, French) is required. The candidate needs a university degree in business administration or economics. Experience in solar energy is a plus.

Technology Reporter

The successful applicant will cover technical developments in the worldwide photovoltaic markets. To keep our readers up to date about the quickly developing solar world, she/he will participate in worldwide scientific solar energy conferences as well as visit photovoltaic manu-
facturers. The post is located in Berlin, Aachen, Madrid, Rome, Hyderabad, Hong Kong, New York or San Francisco.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The applicant must have a university degree in physics or electrical engineering, and an excellent understanding of the processes involved in PV cell and module manufacturing, and BOS technology. She/he should have at least three years of work experience in the PV industry and be familiar with new developments and the key players in the global PV market. Experience in journalism would be a plus.
