Your responsibility:

• Coordinating the project team in all disciplines
• Responsibility for projects in terms of quality, costs, deadlines
• Interface role and close collaboration with our customers
• Internal project coordination
• Project controlling and resource planning

Skills and experience required:

• Degree in Engineering
• Proof of project management skills (e.g. IPMA/GPM certificate)
• Experience of customized machine engineering
• Experience of managing a large team
• Organisational ability, flexibility and commitment
• Confidence in using standard software packages
• Advanced command of German and English

Head of Sales (m/f)

Your responsibility:

• Advising and attending to our international customers
• Controlling sales activities and projects
• Presenting our product range
• Planning the sales strategy
• Goal-oriented leadership and development of sales staff

Skills and experience required:

• Degree in Engineering
• Several years' experience in an internationally operating company
• Experience of customized machine engineering and proof of experience in the project development business
• Leadership experience
• Flexibility, organisational abilities, initiating personality
• Confidence in using standard software packages
• Advanced command of German and English
